Delivery Policy:

  1. Shipping Zones and Delivery Time: BÉHEN offers worldwide shipping. The delivery time may vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen by the customer. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the checkout.

  2. Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will receive an email notification with the tracking details once the order has been shipped.

  3. Shipping Methods and Costs: BÉHEN offers various shipping methods, including standard and express delivery. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the customer's location and the chosen shipping method. The cost will be displayed at the checkout before the payment is made.

  4. Tracking Information: For every order, customers will receive a unique tracking number, allowing them to monitor the shipping status of their package in real-time.

  5. Delayed Shipping: In case of any unexpected delay in shipping, BÉHEN will promptly notify the customer via email or phone, explaining the reason for the delay and providing a new estimated delivery time.

  6. Recipient Information: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate recipient information, including the delivery address, contact number, and recipient name. BÉHEN will not be responsible for any delivery issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

  7. Delivery Attempts: The shipping carrier will make multiple delivery attempts. If the recipient is unavailable after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to BÉHEN. The customer will be contacted to arrange for re-shipment at an additional cost.

  8. Delivery Confirmation: Once the package is successfully delivered to the provided address, BÉHEN considers the order fulfilled. The customer can track the delivery status using the provided tracking number.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: BÉHEN allows customers to request returns within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

    • Personalized or custom-made products.

    • Items on sale or with marked-down prices.

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return, the customer must contact BÉHEN’s customer support team via email or phone. The support team will guide the customer through the return process, providing the necessary instructions and a return authorization code.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. The package must be appropriately packed and sent with a reputable shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. BÉHEN is not responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipping.

  5. Inspection and Refunds: Upon receiving the returned item, BÉHEN will inspect its condition. If the item meets the return criteria, the customer will be eligible for a refund. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 business days.

  6. Refund Exclusions: Refunds will not include the original shipping costs incurred during the purchase, unless the return is due to an error on BÉHEN's part or a defective product.

  7. Exchanges: BÉHEN does not offer direct exchanges. If a customer wants to exchange a product, they should follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

  8. Damaged or Defective Items: If the received product is damaged or defective, customers must contact BÉHEN's customer support within 48 hours of receiving the item. BÉHEN will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged/defective item, along with the return shipping costs.

  9. Cancellations: Customers can request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order processing will have started, and cancellations may not be possible.
