All of our products are made using antique fabrics and materials such as bed covers, table cloths and even vintage sarees. Please bear in mind that they might have small signs of time. We consider those to be part of the story of the fabric and overall garment.


By using our website, placing an order for products electronically you confirm your agreement to our terms and conditions.

ORDERS
Most of our products are one of a kind pieces. We can replicate the majority of them in (really) similar textiles.
If the item you want is not available please contact us as we might have hidden treasures.

Your order will be processed once payment for the order is received. All orders are subject to availability.
We ship monday - friday via Portugal national mail - CTT and DHL Express.

OUR PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING COSTS TO EU. OUTSIDE THE EU Shipping costs are calculates according to the country. Shipping price does not include duty or custom charges that may be incurred on shipment to countries outside the European Union. The brand will not be responsible for these expenses.

ALTERATIONS AND REPARIS
We’re happy to provide alterations for all of our garments. Alteration fees are subject to change and will be provided upon request. For all inquiries, please email sales.behen@gmail.com

Repairs are approved on a case by case basis. If you have a garment that needs additional mending/repairs, please forward your inquiry to sales.behen@gmail.com.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the fit of the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. All items are exchangeable for store credit only. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office, and the customer will incur the shipping cost. To return an item, please email sales.behen@gmail.com and include:
  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order.
  4. Your request.

BÉHEN reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without a written approval.

If items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email sales.behen@gmail.com and include:
  1. Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order.
  4. Your request.
  5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.

Once your return is authorized and the product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status after inspecting the item and proceed to the refund for store credit only. 

REFUND
We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Items are exchangeable for store credit only.

We will not process or be held responsible for any returns that have not contacted us via email prior to shipment. 

PRIVACY
When you place an order, please be assured your information will not share, exchanged, rent, sell or release any of your information to any other company, business or individual. The company assumes if you place an order with us that you will accept an occasional newsletter or update of our offerings. If you wish to be removed from our list, please send us an e-mail with “unsubscribe” indicated in the subject heading.

In order to help us provide you with the best possible service based on our overall understanding of you, as well as to meet our obligations under the law. We use your data to:
